Admission applications for 2025/26 

 

  • Application form for admission:Parents can come to the school to obtain the form during school hours or download it from the school websiteApplication Fee: $30 (non-refundable)
  • Date: 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024
  • Time: 8am – 6pm (Mon to Fri)8am – 12noon (Sat)

  • Application Documents:

1 recent photo of the child

1 copy of Birth Certificate

1 copy of Immunization Record (Full copy)

3  for return envelopes with address and stamps

Parents can submit applications in person or by mail
< application received before 30 Sept,2023 the interview will be arranged around Nov, application received after 30 Sept , the interview will be arranged around March next year will be announced later. If vacancies exist, applications a available. >

 

  • Interview Arrangements:
    1. Interview date will be arranged in November 2024, the exact time will be notified by letter two weeks before the meeting date.
    2. Only one adult could accompany his/her child for the interview.
    3. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants could be arranged where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.     4. About 30 minutes to complete the interview.
    5. Each applicant will have an opportunity to attend an interview.
    6. Those who fail to attend on time will be deemed to have given up their application for admission, and according to the guidance of the Education Bureau, the application fee paid will not be refunded.
    7. Due to a large number of interviews, Please note that the assigned date and time of the interview will not be changed.
    8. Interview results will be sent out within four weeks after the interview in written form.

     

 

  • Admission mechanism:
    1. Performance of the child in the interview. For example: politeness, compliance, affection and group performance, activity engagement and participation, etc.
    2. Giving priority to the family needs (e.g. working parents, single-parent families, social worker referral etc.).
    3. Secondly, it depends on the Vacancy of the class. (for example: if the N.1 class has a place, the children of this age group will be selected for admission).
    4. Under the same conditions (For example: the same age, family needs etc.), admission will be arranged according to the order.

     

 

  • Registration:☆Parents must complete the registration procedures from 2-4 January 2025, and submit the original of the “2025/26 Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee ($1,150). If the valid registration documents are not submitted on the specified date, the school may not be able to complete the procedures for obtaining students, so parents must apply for the relevant registration certificate to the Education Bureau within the specified date. If the admitted child is admitted to our school, our school will deduct the paid reservation fee from the tuition fee in August. If the applicant has decided to change to other schools after registration, a written notice must be given. Then the “2025/26 RC” will be returned to the parents. The registration fee will NOT be refunded, the school will not reserve a place for the student.☆Waiting List: If there are still availabilities after the 1st round of registration, our staffs will contact the applicants individually by phone, parents do not need to call for enquiries.
