CECES was donated 1 million by Aetna Insurance (Bermuda) Limited to start up an ideal preschool named “CECES Organized Aetna Preschool”.  The preschool provide all-rounded education for 2-6 years old children. The opening ceremony of the preschool was held in December 2000.  Ms Carrie Lam, the former Director of the Social Welfare Department and Mr. Cheng Wenguang, Executive Director of Aetna Life Insurance of the United States, officiated the ceremony.
